Visionary Art & Creative Processes to inspire your journey of Spiritual Awakening
As a visionary artist my art is an outcome of my own spiritual practice. I quiet my mind, check into my body and allow spirit to flow through me in an intuitive way. This Creative form of spiritual Inquiry has provided a profound vehicle for my own growth and healing.
This process of image-making is very somatic and intuitive. I often begin with gestural marks, finger-painting or random collage. This allows my conscious mind to move into the background and make room for divine inspiration. This intuitive approach allows me to utilize creative images and uncensored writing to explore my inner terrain.
I have also spent decades exploring neuro-somatic processes that help to free up the bound energy we hold inside of us from early life trauma and conditioning, societal beliefs and even past-life karma. Marrying this somatic approach with intuitive creative expression gives us a way to access buried material in our own psyche and then process and realign the energy that has been stored within us. Together it is the only way I have found to uncover the hidden potential within me.
We are all Creative Beings. This is our birthright, regardless of our circumstances, talents or beliefs. Creative Awakening invites us to discover how our creative gifts can be used to cultivate a life that embodies our Soul's divine yearning. For this is what living a fulfilled life truly means. I invite you to join me in this process of Creative, Embodied, Spiritual, Transformation and to Awaken the dormant Vision and Voice that seeks to be expressed through your life!

Finding Our True Voice & Vision
How do we awaken our dormant capacity to speak from our heart rather than our highly conditioned mind? How do we allow our eyes to see past this world of illusion to reveal a radiance that our human vision cannot possibly comprehend? How to we find the courage to share these revelations with other like-hearted souls who can understand our impassioned pleas for discovering a new way to live together, which does not stem from our divided beliefs?
