These are ways that you can use your body & mind to process what may come up during your Creative Inquiry to help you heal & grow.
I recommend that everyone reads the Somatic Awareness Exercise before beginning the process, as this will be integral to our sharing in our Facebook group and our online meetings. I will reference the other exercises during the process as well, because they help us deal with issues that may come up and help imprint new, positive experiences along the way. So please try all of these as you proceed with your Creative Inquiry.
