Night Angel by Katherine Lake

I woke up at about 1:30 AM and was a bit hungry and got up and then was drawn back to my journal again and pulled out some acrylic paints - my inexpensive ones and I just squirted and did some finger painting and loose brushing and really made another mess but I wasn't finished until I marked out this being. The whole process was done in a very half asleep very relaxed state....not many words - After the angel appeared I heard the words confidence, relax, mellow and added them.
