How fitting it is indeed that the first image to arise out of my newest exploration of painting the Divine Feminine is a Wise Woman who knows how to work with the creative energies of the Universe. She is not daunted or overwhelmed by this Divine Force and she is here to show me and all of us how to allow ourselves to remember why we are here. 

We too hold the power to create life....to create our lives. Yet many people and especially women (like me) have been taught that we cannot handle this much power. But She is here to remind us that this is not true. She is here to guide our steps as we rekindle this power within us and learn anew how to shape and nurture and harvest our creations for the benefit of All Being. 

So I share "Creation" with you today to reignite this fire within you. Now is the time to look inside for the wisdom we seek. We cannot find it outside of ourselves for what we see is merely a reflection of who we are inside. She beacons us all to reclaim this Divine Gift and share it with the world. We can create a world that reflects the Truth of Divine Grace and Love, if we have the courage to see it within ourselves........

Today I am beginning a 7 week course in intuitive painting. This is something I have wanted to do my whole life and recognize that the time has now come. So I am inviting you to join me on this journey of Creative Awakening. 

Decades ago I put my passion for painting away after some critical and unsupportive experiences. But Spirit/Source has been turning be back towards this path again and again....and this time I am listening. 

So this feels risky to me....to share this deeply and vulnerably with you here. But I know that when we share our challenges as well as our triumphs with other people, we ourselves grow in the process.
